Hey,
I have an Integra GS, 1991. The compressor went last week on it, belt snapped off etc.
Im looking to replace it and want to know what you think would be the best (and most affordable) for me to do.
I can get a new one from an auto store for about $300 or so with a warrentee, and I found some on eBay for even cheaper, heres my major concern:
(1) I cannot do any of these myself and would have to find a good, honest mechanic to do this for me and..
*(2) What do I do about the refridgerant?
How and/or where can I get the refridgerant for a 1991? I know I can go to lube shops and they offer charging etc. Ive also looked into having the AC switched to the more modern ones but they are more than double the costs!
