With some work, you could probably make the TL OEM kit fit, but I dont know if it would be worth the trouble, or how well it fits up on the 6th Gen Sedan.

I highly doubt that it would fit any 5th Gen. If you visit your local Acura dealer, they sell the kit stock with their TLs (varies by dealer)
