Cross Drilled and Slotted, do not perform better then oem rotors. If you put brand new cross dirlled rotors and brand new oem rotors, the stoping distance would be about the same if not a little better with the oem. Many people say they have huge improvments in braking with cross-drilled or slotted, it is mainly due to them replace thier old worn out rotors with new rotors, and usually fluid.
The improvement comes during heavy off and on braking over a extended period of time like you would encounter if you were racing on a road course. Slotted/cross drilled just help keep the brake pads/rotors cool.
