Off the top of my head, it could be a few things, depending on your motherboard.

-Your onboard battery might be dead, try that or reset your BIOS (jumper).
-Your memory; might not be seated or failed.
-Your video card might not be seated correctly, maybe you bumped something.

I am almost sure it's video card related.
