that's really bad way to buy a house. you still need money to furnish the house, etc. I know people say blah blah, but it's the truth. You'll need things like fridge, furniture, washer/drier, TV and other stuff that you don't think of until you own a house.
I kid you not, we spend around $10K in the first year we bought our house for various things and no we didn't go for the best of everything. I wanted to but my gf didn't want to and I am glad we didn't. I mean who needs a $1000 washer...
