depending on the cut, clarity, color and carat. most mall stores will have large carat and okay color but shitty clarity and cut.
yep. you can get tiffany quality diamonds(very often f/ the same mine and cutter) from a distributor at fractions of the cost. might take a plane ticked at $200, but it'll save you thousands.
