congrats man. ring looks great, what size is that? as for the wedding, mayb you should try to have two weddings. have her mom take care of the chinese one while you do you "white" one on a seperate date, since her mom dont want your friends at the chinese one anyways. that way you get money and gifts.
btw, i am gonna assume your chinese too, are you gonna go through all traditional things, like going to her moms house to throw money at your wifes friends to let you in? etc...
