I need to do the same thing for my '97 Accord. I believe the motor is located under the grill adjacent to the windshield. I haven't attempted to remove my grill yet, so I can't help with the location of the screws. From the diagrams I've seen it looks to be pretty straightforward.

How much did you pay for the replacement motor?
