does anyone ever notice that EVERYONE says it's the parents fault. the problem here is when something happens people are so self concious these days they dont want to be seen as bad parents and blame the government.

and now basically it's like your older sister/brother acting like an asshole and breaking something, blaming what they bought and now you cant have one (think cellphone, crasha car.. etc.)
