Maybe she should just be complaining about the fact that in the standard game you can still kill people in various ways and pick up hookers, if not necessarily see them in action?
Or maybe just use a whole bunch of examples of these games that deserve the M rating and put it on the stores to actually enforce the ratings? If the parents want to buy the game for their kids then that's up to them. But if some kid walks into a store and wants to buy an M-rated game then they should need to be a proper age or have mommy there to buy it for them. Seems simple enough to me.
