i drive a '93 civic lx as of yesterday.. i used to own a turbo accord, a gsr, and a 1st gen teg w/ some mods but im done being stupid and street racing, just ruins my cars.

by the way, if you dont want to go the test pipe route and your looking for performance.. put a little bypass right after the downpipe/header that you can switch (iv seen some electronic from the cockpit) and it basically opens up your exhaust right after the header.. throw one of these on with a nice header and the stock cat/cat-back and you got a sleeper. sorry thats a bit off topic, but just lettin you know all your options.
