Default Suspension Rod?

I have a 1997 Accord LX with almost 200, 000 miles on it. I've had a complete brake job (caliper, rotor, pads, hardware, etc.) on all four wheels about 2 months ago. On top of that... I had a rebuilt transmission and radiator put in 2 weeks after that. Overall... it was a bunch of expensive (yet necessary) work.

After I got the car back (2 weeks ago) I noticed that it steered to the right... ALOT. It was really bad when I would brake going 45+ on the highway. It would also be followed with a really loud CLUNK! That scared me, obviously... I assumed it was the brakes. I have a 2 year warranty on them... so I drove out there... and had them inspect it. They found nothing wrong and told me that it was my transmission "loose". From there... I took it back to the transmission mechanic and he kept it a whole day. He said he couldn't find anything wrong with it... SOOO... I took it back to the brake place... and said the tranny guys couldn't find the problem... they said it was brakes. The brake guys inspected it again... and said it was possibly a loose supsension rod. At this point... I'm about to blow. It's already the middle of the week and I still have no answer. So I took it back to the tranny guys... and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it... AGAIN!

Does anyone have a clue what could be wrong? Do you have to disassemble the suspension or anything around it to put the transmission in? The loud clunk is coming from the passenger side... that is where the tranny is located. It's almost like my whole wheel is shifting... like it's not attached right.

It's Saturday so I've got a little time away from work to look myself, but I thought I'd ask around and see if maybe anyone had any suggestions. THANKS!
