Yeah, or even just plain FRP (fiberglass). you can get CF or FRP hood, doors, hatch, maybe dashboard too. You can also get a ligther, competition spec seat. Plexi glass (or lexian or polycarbonate, i forgot what they use) windows. If you were to get CF or FRP door or hatch, you have to install a set of rollbars for a safety reason and to maintain structural strength of your car.
