Remove the wheel
Use a 12mm wrench to remove the lower 12mm bolt on the caliper
Flip the caliper up
Pull the pads
Put in the new pads
Flip the caliper down
Install the 12mm bolt
That's it.
He/She will probably have to compress the caliper back in to fit it over the rotor with the new pads.
