Did anyone else notice that this company is trying to sell a Honda "power" module with a (alleged) dynochart from an SVT Focus?

With legitimate ECU reprogrammers / piggyback computers (what this thing is supposed to be) only able to eke ~10% more HP out of a naturally aspirated engine, I'm guessing this product is aimed squarely at the folks who bought the "Turbonater."
