I've got my 6th gen Accord lowered on Eibach Sportline springs, and they're amazing. I'd highly recommend Eibach because they come with a million mile warranty and give your ride a great look without sacrificing ride feel. Check ebaymotors.com and you can usually pick up a set for around $210 or so. For about another $400 (including labor) you can pair the Eibachs with Tokico struts, which gives your Accord an amazing feel through corners.
