Please take a bit more time to write your messages, and give us some more specs.

First, If you did a B16A swap intor your Integra, you shouldn't be asking what VTEC u have...
Second, If it's a B16A with obd-1, you're in good shape.
Do this
-Get ITR cams, or GSR cams for less power than ITR
-ITR valvesprings, retainers
-get a p28 n chip it, or get a p72 or p30 and don't chip
-get 4-1 or ITR headers

You will feel a big difference in VTEC with these mods
plus u can rev out to like 8500-9000 no prob.
Staty away from Aftermarket cams no matter what,
Honda factory cams are MUCH better.
Don't waste money on plugs, wires, ignition, cause they don't do anything to help increase HP. Use NGK OEM wires, plugs, etc.
