1. Open your passenger door and check the rubber gasket to make sure it is properly installed. It may also have a pinch or wrinkle that could cause the imperfect seal.

2. Strange description - you need to give more info.

3. When does this happen? When you are turning the key, after it is started, after you put it in drive? Are you sure it is coming from the air vent? Does it happen every time? What is your a/c system set on when this happens? Could it be the ABS self-check, which is a little 2-3 second viibration / grinding every time you put your car in gear for the first time?

4. Grabbing noise will go away eventually, maybe even after they get wet a few times. Pads need to wear down a litttle.

5. I get the creaking noise also - they just need a little white lithium grease sprayed onto them. This is not a big deal. it is part of the standard maintenance schedule.

6. Determine if it is the rubber weatherstripping or the metal tracks/mechaniusm. If it is the rubber, a little silicone spray should solve it. If the track/mechanism, a little grease. This one should be easy for the dealer to identify and solve.

Relax...these are normal bugs that get worked out. And try other dealers - they aren't all terrible.
