the best thing you can do is this: look at the aftermarket tails you bought for your coupe. They should mount the exact same way...so look at them carefully, and compare to what's already on your car. Hence any possible hidden screw holes would show up on your aftermarket tails. It IS possible there are a couple screws that would involve removing the rear bumper cover.
