Yea, it should work, there may be a few more sensors that are required on the block to make it preOBD... Like I think the B16A (if not all DOHC VTEC engines) have a knock sensor, not sure the specifics if those are OBD specific or not tho... Im honestly not too familiar with B series engines yet... But maybe someone else, whos more knowledgable on the B series, can give u a more definitive answer on that...
