I don't think it would weaken the structure, but you never know. As far as cutting some of the skin on the underside, an air chizzle will work just fine.
yeah, the section I want to take out is about the size of a half-dollar, so I figure the support wouldn't lose it's integrity that much, if at all. where do they have air chizzle's, body shops?
