feel like such a idiot!!! i just scrathed 2 of my rims on my new honda accord, ~300miles!!!

any ideas/places (in DC, USA) to fix them for cheap?
read about dremels and then paint and followup with a clear coat

any other ideas? and are dremels easy to use- never heard of them till now.

greatly appreciate any comments!
