I had one lady who was sending out emails using outlook...Now she would reply to some emails as well as send some out and when the recipient received the email, it would be blank...Come to find out she either made the text WHITE with a WHITE background or she was pressing ALT+S to send the email before it was finished :slap: needless to say she called for no reason.
