What kinda money would someone drop into a vehicle switching it into either RWD or AWD? I know an RWD has been done for a drifting teg.. but AWD?

More important a question, what is done to make that happen? I don't know a whole lot about that part of the car, and I figured having stupid questions like this answered might pull a lot of knowledge to me.
I don't even know what it's referred to as.. the Drivetrain? think so...

What process would one have to take on in order to make it AWD?
They'd have to pretty much strip the entire car right down to the body huh?

If anyone could just bullet-list off all the steps one would take to achieve that?
Kthx
im no 'expert' or anything :rick: but i'll take a shot at answering your questions.

you would need the drivetrain from an awd car, transfer cases; rear end; etc.; figure out a way to connect it to the engine/tranny, figure out a way to mount it all.

basically, lots of know how, lots of time, and lots of money.
