replacing the bumper cover itself is not hard at all. on my 91 there where a total of.....
4 bolts i believe i cant remeber its been a while. just have some1 help u hold it while u mount it and it will be fine. body shops have a nice way of screwing ppl over, if u want it painted take it to a shop after it has been mounted. they will likly say "well in order to match the paint we have to paint the hood and fenders too to blend the color" which is kinda true but if u have a normal color and not going for a best of show paint job dont bother. do your self a favor and get a oem bumper it will cost more, but when u think about it if u cant cut the bumper than put fiberglass on it and mold it to make it fit the price of puttin on a cheap body kit or aftermarket bumper is not worth it
