Actually, I would have to disagree on this one. GM's transmissions are very good. Mostly their Hydromatic automatics. That's one of the highlights I have with my wife's Saturn against my Accord V6 and another family members Accord EX. They're good enough that BMW uses GM's Hydromatic auto transmissions.
I'm taking my AV6 in for yet another tranny
