Over here in Puerto Rico, what most Honda Accord owners are doing is that they disassemble the wheel lug assemblies and they take it to a machine shop where they reposition one or two of the lugs to add an extra lug so that they can then use the Acura TL Rims which is the lates fad over here. I personally have a 1990 Honda Accord EX and since I wanted to use the 17" TL look, instead of doing the 5 Lug conversion, I just bought the Eagle Alloy TL Replicas which are 114mm Offset 4 Lugs which fit perfect and look just as great. All I did was change the "Eagle Alloys" center cap to a Honda center cap and voila!! Instant TL wheels. it's really up to you. As for price, I'd say between $110 and $230, the later if you have someone else do the disassembling for you. Hope this helps
