I just had some offbrand springs (Sprint maybe?) on a set of stock '92 Si shocks I bought used off a friend and my car sat just fine. The difference in weight on the front isn't really large enough to throw the balance off that much. At least not enough to throw a daily driver/street car off (honestly, how often on the street are you pushing your car absolutely 10/10 to the limit). Any good quality off the shelf spring and damper setup should be sufficent and shouldn't be that adversely affected by the extra weight of a B18C1.
