I finally got a routine and am on the right supplements!

My schedule is:

M.Shoulders
T.Arms/Abs
W.Legs
T.Chests/Abs
F.Back

Taking Costco Protein whey(helps loose weight). Take that in day time for either lunch or snack to hold me over.
Take Muscle Milk after workout and before bed. (build muscle but loaded with calories so have to be careful)
And take Apex Fat burn pills in morning. (2 pills)

Im at 175 now and I think this is working. I think im going to workout my chest on Monday also.
