well if u dont need to learn the code... (there should be programs out there already)... just draw it up in solidworks or a CAD/CAM software and they should have software to convert the drawing to CNC code...

another words get a micrometer and other measuring tools to find the dimensions... make sure u triple check your dimensions because human error is a huge factor and take measurements that are repeatable as well as accurate...
