my friend and I just installed an Infinity Basslink in my car... prob is, after I off my headunit, the basslink will not shut down until 2 minutes later... during that time, the bass sounds like it's emitting some "feedback sound"... kinda like that sound when u plug in a microphone into a speaker.... it's a low humming sound....

and the weird thing is, the humming sound is louder when the trunk is closed... only way i got rid of it is by unplugging the wire for the source...

any idea wat the prob is? we're thinking it might be the grounding, but i've checked it and it looked OK..

btw, the bass works fine when music is playing... it only makes tht sound when i off the headunit...
