the paint on my 94 gsr is done on the top of the hood, sunroof, and trunk. I dont want to spend $1000 to repaint it. I'm thinking of sanding off the rest of the clear coat and glossing it, or spray paint it and then gloss it?????

I know nothing about spray painting. I dont really care if the colors are a lil off, I just want to get rid of the white clear coat and getting it shiny again.

Any suggestions...tips...
Anyone know what the name or code of the color is?
