Tune up is a pretty generic term, how many miles do you got?
When is the last time your:
Brakes flushed
Coolant was flushed
Valves adjusted
Timing belt replaced
Oil changed
Spark plugs
Cap and rotor
Wires
Battery topped off
Rear brake shoes adjusted (if drums)
Parking brake adjusted
Lights all checked
Air Filter
Fuel filter
TB cleaned
Engine decarbonized
