This power window switch was taken off of a 1991 Prelude Si. I have tested it and it does work.

This switch controls both Prelude windows.

It's a simple install if you're having trouble with yours. These parts are getting harder to find.

Buy this one as a backup if yours is working well. You'll be glad you have it on-hand for when you do start to have trouble with yours.
