i wouldn't buy a teg thats already been modded. buy one from a 30something married couple that keeps all of their recipts and only redlines it a couple of times during the summer. i definately would not buy an integra thats had the possibility of being overdriven by some reckless racerboy, bouncing off the limiter everytime he drives to school. i say start with scratch and make it yours from the ground up.

), at 99k miles. just go to kbb.com and get some blue book values for what you're looking at or check autotrader.com and get some asking prices.
