I believe your looking for around 170-200 for a stock B18C1 (I'm not sure what your asking with a B18C, it's the same engine). The higher the compression, esentially the higher the power it will make. A motor with 190 across the board will not make a signifigant or probably even noticeable difference from 185. Basically with a comrpession test, you just want to make sure all 4 cylinder are very close to each other (+/- 10%). If one is really low, it could have a gouged cylinder wall or damanged ring (or other things). Think your body temp, if it's around 98.6, your fine. If it's something funky, there's something wrong.
