From experience with other my bmw, i'd suggest trying to do as much stuff as possible inside the tranny as you can in on pull. If you are having a mechanic do your clutch job, you'll be paying two or three times to take the tranny out and that is probably one of the more expensive jobs at a shop. If its possible for your budget, i'd suggest you get the flywheel and clutch kit at the same time and put those in.
I've not seen a SSK for an integra, but if its like most shift linkages, you probably wont have to have the tranny out, so that could wait and you could probably do that later when you get enough money. The drive train parts are also outside of the tranny and could be done in the garage im sure with the right tools and some jacks.
