My budget is probable at $2000 to $3000 over a span of a few months. What I really want to accomplish with my car, I want it to be fun to drive. For that price range you should be able to get an engine swap and a pretty decent suspension. Wouldn't be the fastest thing on the road, or the best handling, but it would definately be fun.
