I have 275 in the rear and it is kinda a rough ride. The rear spring rate determine your ride quality the most. I wish i had gotten the pro kit with progressive spring rates. So my advise to you is the softest rear spring rates(~200) and about 350-375 in the front. That should be pretty good.

BTW on your post you have R on all four GC. No fronts???
