Only 15 difference from high to low. I've seen better, but it's certainly not bad. I'd look for other reasons for it running funny. Maybe even a better description of 'running funny'.

BTW, the cylinders are numbered from the accessory drive end. So cylinder #1 is over by the accessory pulleys.
