It would have helped if you stated the vehicle model of your car. There's quite a difference between Integra models. Would you install a 4-1 header on a stock LS? I wouldn't because my cars power band wouldn't benefit from that header design with basic bolt-ons.

So we not only have to assume what model car you drive, we have to assume you have no other modifications done to it. Learn to ask a good question to you want a valid answer. Did you ever sit down and think about how much power output you want your car to have? The header collector size and exhaust setup will directly effect total power output. Oh wait, are we supposed to "assume" (there's that word again) how much your power goal is.

If you can't answer these questions for yourself then you're not ready to make an informed decision. Will stepped primaries benefit my cars performance? Will a header with a 2' collector be able to make the power I'm looking for? Look at header manufacturers like SMSP and Hytech and find out why they make big power. Research goes hand and hand with making a good decision.
