OK, lets clear this up:

Do you or do you not have two O2 sensors? One upstream of the catalytic matrix and one downstream.

Is the hole in the header filled with a plug or just open?


I am really failing to understand the problem completely. If you have an ITR, it should have a short cat with one O2 sensor in the collector of the header and one after the catalytic matrix.
