The N1 exhausts are all angled like that as long as they're actually made by Apex'i. Even for their Civic applications. But what's really cool about that particular exhaust is that it's 3" all the way to the turbo, and so straight, you can see through the mid-pipe when you hold it up telescope-style. I wasn't even slightly concerned with looks or sound when I bought it, but I'm not disappointed with either.
