fixing the AC and heater will be pricey so its not that great of a steal, i wonder why som1 would NOT fix a major problem like that? is that why they simply sold it, didnt want to pay for repairs? got to wonder about maintenance(tho that has nothing to do with AC going bad) or could just be bad luck. id keep looking, accords are BUILT GREAT and u can find good deals like this one, and without major work that needs to be done. and yes, make sure they took care of that 2nd timing belt/water pump job that needs to be done around 180-190K miles. thats about $500-700 job.
