Well my wife recruited me to make a dessert for a retirement party they are having for one of her co-workers. So I made a summer pudding. It's a bread pudding but with fruit in it, I used blueberries, golden raspberries, and red raspberries, if it turns out of the bowl well tomorrow it should be a purplish dome. Bread on the outside, fruit on the inside. It's setting up in my fridge right now with a gallon of milk sitting on a plate on top of it to weight it down.
