Sure you can turbo it, and from what I hear it will probably outlast a turb H-series. The lower compression of the F22A makes it better for that.
The F22A is a great engine for hauling your car around every day and very durable, but don't plan to spend lots of money on it unless you specifically want to turbo it for the low compression.
