Yesterday my friend and I cleared out his 04 STi headlights.

We took all the bulbs and wiring off the headlight and put it in the oven for 15 minutes on 200 degrees, worked perfectly. We didn't even need to re-seal the headlight together, just put the two pieces back in the oven, heated for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, and put them back together in time for the sealent to melt back to how it's supposed to be.
