I can post images when I get home from work. But from the top of my head ...

How to remove the door panel
1 screw behind the door "sail". It's the black trim that resides from the opposite side of the rearview mirror.

1 screw in the door handle. You'll see a small plastic overlay, pop it off and see the screw.

2 screws under the panel. I'm trying to remember, and there should be a few screws on the on the underside of the door.

From there, the rest is all about popping seals. Start at the bottom of the door and gently tug towards you. You'll hear the pannel release from the frame. Finish the bottom then, gently tug upwards.

When you have the panel completely free, make sure to unplug the window harness.

You should have access to the glass, but (again, this is coming off the top of my head) there is a giant piece of plastic to keep moisture from window sills away from the panel. You'll have to remove the plastic by warming up the glued edges with a hair dryer.
