But the best fried chicken I ever had was from this little cart that parks out on the street at night after the bars are open called Jin's Chicken & Fish.

They serve huge sandwiches piled high with your choice of either fried chicken or catfish strips, or both, topped with lettuce, mayo and a buncha hot sauce. Oh my.
