My redline is 8200. I was racing tonight, and I am really novice at race shifting. Well in first I redlined over 8200 and my car started to slow to i quickly shifted to 2nd, and pull on the car and won i guess you could is. Is my car screwed up b/c of this, or would I have to let it redline above 8200 for the 30 secs for it to blow? I just need to be reassured, b./c the car ran fine on the way home, i just wanna know that i didnt do no engine damage to valves, pistonsa, anything of that sort. thanks
